 Claudine M. Jalajas is a noted technical communications consultant in the New York Metro area, having made guest appearances on cable television, radio, and internet cybercasts and being interviewed for articles on technology in Newsday, Long Island Business News, The New York Times, and Working Woman magazine. In addition to leading the Long Island Chapter of Webgrrls International, Jalajas has been active with the Long Island Women's Network, National Association of Women Business Owners, and the Society of Technical Communications.
In addition to her technical career accomplishments, Jalajas is a skilled essayist, oft-inspired by her children. Her column, "The Other Side," is featured in Achieving Families Magazine. Her writings have also appeared on BellaOnline, LongIsland.com, HavingAnotherBaby.com, Long Island Parent Stuff and here at HTMAF. Jalajas and her husband David live with their children, Luc, Max, and Annabelle in Long Island, New York. |
